They charge you ridiculous fees to save your money there. After being customer for decades way back to bell comm credit union, the nickel and dime you with fees just for leaving a sum there in savings. Fees for just saving my money. Then when calling them, I got nothing but rudeness, lies and the run around. Done with this bank.
This may not be branch specific, but I’ve now had two separate instances where I or my insurance company has sent them documents related to car loans and they’ve either lost them or failed to process them in a timely manner. In the first case, ACU held up payout of an insurance policy for a totaled vehicle because they wouldn’t acknowledge they had been paid by the insurance company and release the lein.
