I reserved a couple canoes and a trailer with Kevin a few months before my trip to South Carolina. The national park ended up flooding so we were unable to use the canoes while we were in town from Ohio. Kevin neglected to tell me that there are NO REFUNDS. He ignored all my texts about it, which was very shady and frustrating. I get to keep the credit but I live in Ohio and am unsure about the next time I will visit. Very dissatisfied.
