I had bought the $8 wash and no soap came out. So I called customer service and explained the problem. I then asked for a refund, they refused to give one. They offered a code for a free car wash, for a car wash that doesn't work. It's pointless to call for help or a real solution. This location is a rip off! Buyer Beware!!!!!
