Friendly customer service and staff who actually try. Nolan has been great. Very expensive service and very long waits. The 12,000 mile service on my BMW R18 took a month after booking a slot months in advance over the phone (my slot apparently got lost when I dropped it off on Dec 18). Currently, my bike has been in the shop for +4 months minus a few days in between for a hydraulic clutch line issue. 5-Star Review I can’t recommend Adventure BMW enough! I searched over 45 dealerships across the country for my dream 2025 S1000RR (M package, carbon wheels, premium package). Most dealers were slow to respond, gave me the runaround on pricing, or didn’t take me seriously, even with pre-approval in hand. Adventure BMW was the complete opposite.
