I took my 2024 K1600B here for a software update a few months ago. I got it back, and a few things weren't quite right with the bike so they said bring it back. Winter set in, didn't ride much of Jan and Feb but felt a little apprehensive about bringing the bike back since last time, it was there for a week. Dropped it off last Wednesday late afternoon for a software check to fix the small issues...today is Tuesday, hopefully I'll get it back this week.
I rarely wrote reviews but I felt as if this placed deserved one. I had bought a brand new ducati from another local dealer who's name i will leave anonymous and the entire experience was horrible and after my purchase the service department was un truthful and nasty so I decided I wanted to look at trading in my bike for a bmw s1000rr and I tell you Clayton and the guys at adventure bmw were 100% honest and transparent the entire process and did everything to help me. Oh my word! Have you seen the inventory this place holds right now!!! If you are looking for a BMW, it’s definitely a good time to go now. I was there Yesterday and the inventory that they have is unreal! If you’re buying a motorcycle, I would recommend ONLY dealing with Rick. This guy is the most genuine Dealership owner that I have ever met. He has a genuine love for riding motorcycles and a genuine care for his customers. When it comes to service, they have got you covered too.
