5-Star Review I can’t recommend Adventure BMW enough! I searched over 45 dealerships across the country for my dream 2025 S1000RR (M package, carbon wheels, premium package). Most dealers were slow to respond, gave me the runaround on pricing, or didn’t take me seriously, even with pre-approval in hand. Adventure BMW was the complete opposite. I took my 2024 K1600B here for a software update a few months ago. I got it back, and a few things weren't quite right with the bike so they said bring it back. Winter set in, didn't ride much of Jan and Feb but felt a little apprehensive about bringing the bike back since last time, it was there for a week. Dropped it off last Wednesday late afternoon for a software check to fix the small issues...today is Tuesday, hopefully I'll get it back this week.
I rarely wrote reviews but I felt as if this placed deserved one. I had bought a brand new ducati from another local dealer who's name i will leave anonymous and the entire experience was horrible and after my purchase the service department was un truthful and nasty so I decided I wanted to look at trading in my bike for a bmw s1000rr and I tell you Clayton and the guys at adventure bmw were 100% honest and transparent the entire process and did everything to help me.
