I can already tell this is going to be a GREAT Adventure for me! 3 decades ago I was a well trained athlete. Been alot of life since then that has not been kind to my health. I am 2 sessions in and the level of accountability, support, positivity, instruction, equipment, and environment would help anyone succeed. Dropped in from CA. Prior to my trip I researched CrossFit gyms to ensure I had a place to exercise while on vacation. Cathy and Andy were very responsive via email. When I arrived, the coach teaching the class that morning knew I was coming so the waiver signing and intros were smooth right before class started. I've dropped in twice in the last couple months at Adventure Awaits and have felt super welcomed by the owners Cathy and Andy and the rest of the community. I was coached by Mary and Renea during my visits and appreciated that they made me feel welcome right away and made sure I knew what I was doing and what to expect. Adventure Awaits CrossFit Gym is a place to explore your Athletic ability & achieve things you never sought possible; The owners are extremely helpful to help you reach goals & start feeling amazing again. They are also athletes themselves. The coaches at this facility are some of the best out there, guiding in the know how of proper techniques & (form) of every movement, as to get better & better as time goes on. What an awesome place to workout! I dropped in when visiting from out of town. Andy, his wife Cathy and the community were extremely welcoming and friendly. Coaching was fantastic, focused and purposeful. The gym itself was so clean, equipment was in great shape and there’s plenty of space for all that attend. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town for a visit. Thanks Andy and Cathy!
