LOVE this place! This was my second time dropping in as a guest while visiting family in the area. It was my first time to their new space, and it's really fantastic. Great layout, super clean, awesome equipment. They really take pride in what they do, you can tell. It's such a super friendly and motivating community too! I'll absolutely be back the next time I'm in town! Highly recommend!
Had a great time Tuesday morning! Cathy was a great coach and everyone was warm and welcoming…especially to this jaded New Yorker! Been to 100+ CrossFit gyms, and this one is at the top.
Adventure Awaits CrossFit Gym is a place to explore your Athletic ability & achieve things you never sought possible; The owners are extremely helpful to help you reach goals & start feeling amazing again. Dropped in from CA. Prior to my trip I researched CrossFit gyms to ensure I had a place to exercise while on vacation. Cathy and Andy were very responsive via email. When I arrived, the coach teaching the class that morning knew I was coming so the waiver signing and intros were smooth right before class started. The gym was clean, spacious and I really appreciated that after each workout the expectation was to wipe down the equipment you used with cleaning solution strategically placed around each station. What an awesome place to workout! I dropped in when visiting from out of town. Andy, his wife Cathy and the community were extremely welcoming and friendly. Coaching was fantastic, focused and purposeful. The gym itself was so clean, equipment was in great shape and there’s plenty of space for all that attend. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town for a visit. Thanks Andy and Cathy!
