I love Ironman products and will continue to use them . However I had new struts and shockies fitted in Kingaroy and drove 1500km to North Queensland and discovered that they hadn't put the swaybar linkage nuts back on on both passenger and drivers side front suspension, resulting in the linkage dropping off and ripping the side out of the CV outer boot. After 4 weeks the finally got the correct part and replaced the complete CV shaft. Happy with that. But ....never even attempted to clean the grease and mess from the damage... read more
Great service from this business in repairing my bikes broken spoke whilst doing the kkrt. Nothing too much trouble to get me back on my way. Highly recommend.
Stopped in because I had some mechanical issues with my bike on a big trip. Was promptly helped out with kindness and respect. Props to these guys! Definitely recommend!
Rubbish. Having been ripped off in the past, I was reluctant to go back. Unfortunately they are the only mtb mechanic in my area so I'm stuck. Went in yesterday to get a gear tune. Not very helpful from the start. After some discussion I was told that they can do it but will have to step away. So yes can do it but don't want to. Who does this to returning customer who has spent a ton of money with these guys. Really left me in the sh!t. Will have to travel 4 hr round trip to see a real mechanic in Toowoomba. AVOID.
I has a puncture on my ebike..arrived before the shop opened but the manager..?owner was there..I left the bike to go for a massage..got back..all repaired..very pleasant service andeconomical
