First the airbags fitment then the caravan service and re-wire ! These guys are fantastic ! The customer service to the workmanship on our car and van. They are honest , reliable and extremely and trustworthy , well priced and easy to book with ! They go far and beyond most places , the team go out there way to coming out to explain what was completed on the job and the reception staff making the booking process smooth and easy ! they just make it happen 100% Will definitely be back! Great service and workmanship.
I booked my vehicle in a week up front to have my battery drain checked. At the time of making the booking I stated that I wanted to speak with an Auto Electrician (AE) on the day of my appointment. On arrival at 8:30am I ask to speak with the AE and was told they were all busy. I then said that I would not leave my vehicle without speaking to the AE. I was then contfronted by a Guy accusing me of not telling the lady what I wanted. I tried to reason with this guy why I wanted to speak with the AE as my wiring setup is somew... read more
Basically they take ur money but if u have a question that takes 2 seconds then told to booked in two weeks time what a joke need to get better customer service
