Very dissatisfied with my experience. I had a drawer system and kitchen ordered. Quality is mid range which for the price is disappointing. Kitchen slide rattles and the drawers are nothing special either. Customer service wasn't terrible but combined with everything else definitely won't be spending that kind of money on anything arb in the future
Trent and Liam, fantastic blokes to deal with. Booked me in swiftly, exceptional customer service from both lads, installed my snorkel and the vehicle looks better than ever. I have been a reapeat customer to arb Rockingham since 2022 when they were still adventure 4x4. I have had my bp-51 gvm upgrade, summit bullbar & scrubs installed by the team and have purchased countless arb compressors. The sales team are respectful and professional as well as the workshop team completing there works to a very high standard. I will be a returning customer for years to come.
I purchased a tow ball from ARB, to fit my Toyota Hilux. The standard towball size didn’t line up correctly and after many different places and attempts with different brands ARB were fantastic with advice and helping direct me in the right direction. Simple fix made from the fellas at ARB.
