I made an appointment at 11am for imaging, was told to be here at 10.45. Got here exactly at 10:45. here I am now, still sitting here at 12pm! what's the point of making an appointment if I'm going you wait over an hour! ? this is just ridiculous, I have a life, things to do, I can't wait in a waiting room all day. when I asked the receptionist what's going on it seems they forgot I was here! unacceptable!
Was told I had to wait 30 minutes because the phlebotomist was going to lunch at 2:45. She ended up drawing my blood anyway because I complained.
