My husband came in for a minor procedure on his foot. The place was clean and the people up front very friendly. They supply keurig coffee so it's always fresh one cup at a time. They were behind schedule about an hour and the receptionist came out to say they were sorry and ask if she could get us anything like maybe a blanket, it was very cool in the waiting room and i had my elderly father, whom i take care of, with me.
