Efficient, friendly, and really helpful. From my first call to the folks at Sonora Oxygen and Medical Supply, to my most recent in-person appointment, they’ve tended to my needs and have given me the information needed to traverse the obstacles of insurance and my referring medical provider. I found their demeanor to be wonderfully courteous and sensitive to my needs, while carrying out requests with great ease and efficiency.

Found a replacement for the machine that I was given, on Amazon, Got the machine and a little extra got two masks one was for one month the other was for 6 months they would send me monthly replacement mask as needed never receive them. Just like these for items I never got monthly, Pay the bill so I wouldn't get messier because of the late fees or items I never received. I called them,

I was contacted by AH Sonora within one week of my original doc appt where he prescribed my new cpap machine. That was last Thursday. I got my CPAP today (Saturday). They were super easy to deal with and I’m glad I switched from the company I was dealing with. Overall happy so far. May 2026 update-AH Sonora contacts me every three months for supply restock, and it comes quickly. Still happier than with the last supply co.

The staff at Sonora Oxygen are fantastic. Skilled, helpful, kind, patient. I was having problems with my CPAP and they did not give up. NOT at all dismissive. Committed to solving my problem. VERY grateful, appreciative of their excellent customer service—Thank you Scot, Chris and Hunter!
