I've been truly let down by the counselors there. I would've thought they would have answers i need regarding now that cancer has taken everything from me, sure I'm cured. But....I have nothing at all!!!! Have no clue where or how to begin with no car, no home and no money
I am currently going through radiation treatment at Adventist Health radiation oncology in Sonora. Everyone there from checking in at the front desk to the great technicians to the doctors, all have been great. They’re making my experience better than I expected.
I love my staff at the radiation oncologist, but they do not plan to scan my breasts again for some time. My cancer doesn't show up correctly on a mammogram or plain MRI. I would like to be more closely monitored. The limp on my breast was gumball sized and I was initially told it was nothing and not to even biopsy it. The surgeon and I disagreed and the surgery, etc ensued. Dr. Ioanides, Jester, Kevin, Niki and Shaundra were all great.
