Erin is an arrogant receptionist most of the receptionists here don't even know how to perform their job they are lacking of communication to each other, the OT is an okay OT but comparing her children with other children's and their needs is unprofessional and she's very pushy.
I wrote a review explaining the 2 years we had been waiting for an appointment and how overwhelmed it was , my children is autistic and speech delay has been a huge issue , but we finally was able to schedule an appointment. The therapist was very nice and very sweet, looking forward hopefully
My son is non verbal 12 years old and needs speech therapy locally. I got the referral for this place for them to tell me he will be wait listed for a long time. 😢
Horrible Service! I would never recommend this place to anybody, My child is autistic We've been working for Speech therapy referral many times it's become pathetic Either it would expire, so we had to renew it or either. It has not showed up in their system. And it's been going on for more than a year. I would never recommend it to anybody.
