I got there an hour after the urgent care opened. No line to speak of, just 2 people ahead of me. They were very fast I was outta the in less than 1/2 hour. Efficient, friendly, and didn't get too much of a lecture about still smoking cigarettes . 😗

These people are the worst. Especially Dr. Arielle A Bauer. I had a chest X-ray scheduled. This X-ray was a clearance for TB test. Upon arrival I waited a good 90 minutes before being assisted. Having the X-ray done, I was told to come in for a follow up. (Which I found strange) . usually I’m cleared for a TB within the same visit. However, because these folks are money hungry , they’ll take all means to waste your time and bill your insurance for complete nonsense. The staff member who answered the phone was extremely curt. I’ve never been to the clinic and she was extremely rude when I asked for the address, as though I was taking up too much of her time. Your front desk staff is responsible for your image; perhaps this employee needs more training.

I had an appointment at 8am, I arrived at 7:40am as they asked me to show up 15 minutes early but the office was locked until 7:50am. After checking in for my 8am appointment they were late seeing me, not conducting my appointment until 8:20am.The staff was nice enough but they need to exercise professionalism, if you’re going to ask your patients to come in 15 minutes early you best be open for them, and if you can’t keep your first appointment of the day on time then maybe you shouldn’t make so many appointments.
