My visit went well. Ruby was very professional and friendly when taking my vitals. The doctor was very professional and my needs were met.
Had to wait around 2 hours, but it was busy so understandable. Finally met with Doctor John Gavini, who was unprofessional (rude, short, not helpful) and didn’t help with any of the objectives/goals that I had scheduled an appointment with. Basically wasted 2+ hours of my time. The nurses and other staff were very kind and helpful though.
This place is just the worst I came in and saw the doctor I'm not going to mention the doctor name but he came in and told me what was my appointment for so I told him I don't know you tell me you're the one who made me come to this appointment. Next time be more professional and get your info before to find out what is the appointment for instead of asking your patiences
Thank God for EMILY at the basement reception/ medical assistance … She treated me with pure kindness and sincerity. I wish her all the best
