Their doctors are poorly trained and give false information to patients. Dr. Villongco told me I didn't need any special preparation for the ultrasound of the digestive system, but when I called the respective department, they spoke sarcastically about such recommendation. He also didn't perform proper palpation. I was shocked by this so-called doctor... Also, they haven't bothered to confirm with me the appointment for the July 1. Terrible! They moved the office that does the blood draws to Main Street, and the tiny area they had was replaced with a cardiologist and his staff. It is overcrowded as hell now. Can't find parking (the tiny lot could only hold not more than ten cars anyway) and have to park out on the street. The reception area is now standing room only and reception has increased from 1 person to three. It is packed in there. Terrible. If I want to feel like cattle, I'll go to the farm and graze.

Just because some of us have aged does not mean we're stupid. And the ones that have lost some of their memory will still have lost more than some will ever know. This is not just my view. I care for others and they complain also of the disrespect elders receive. Don't forget the Book about the Elders. What happened to the days of "respect your elders?" I had not been at this doctor before and when leaving room, I wasn't sure if you make forthcoming visit at internal desk or external desk. Assistant asked if I was lost. When... read more

I've only recently moved to Lake County and asked specifically to be assigned to Adventist Health. I've not been happier with my new doctor/PA in Lakeport! He's gone above and beyond my expectation. Can't recommend him more. Dr.PA Sajid.
