The checkin was simple. I did pre-registration online. Not a long wait in the waiting room. However the wait in the exam room was 40 min. Once Carissa arrives the rest was excellent. She was informative and attentive to my health concerns. The visit was very good excepting the long wait
Worst healthcare provider ever. The cardiology office is refusing to provide medical records to my mom’s referring provider!! I tried to call three times and every time I was redirected to an answering service. The inaction by this office is causing a delay in my mom’s care. Let’s see if they will take calls from the California State Medical Board which will be my next call.
My visit was a good experience. Felt a warm welcome from beginning to end!
