Dr. McEnroe has been great but the office staff.....RUDE & bordeline UNPROFESSIONAL! specifically the one that answers the phone to schedule appointments. She has an attitude in her voice every time I call. Maybe she recognizes my voice and doesn't like me. It seems as if she doesn't want to be there or is a disgruntled employee. The first time I chalked it up to possibly having a bad day but every time I call (at least 4 encounters)?
