Some staff actually care about their patience, and it seems as if the rest doesn't care what happens. I just have to pray whenever I walk in that I can get someone that cares for the people well being
Terrible service totally unprofessional. Trying to get in contact with imaging department is impossible. They never answer the phone. One star is to much
Horrible place Had to pre-register for knee surgery more than one hour waiting just to register to give insurance and sign papers and they still haven't called me u could just imagine how much more I have to wait for ekg, chest xray and blood labs
Please do NOT go to this hospital! Make the drive to Clovis community or Fresno community if you can! My infant niece got RSV and they did not take her serious FOR HOURS! It got so bad that she ended up being resuscitated more than once! If you look into this hospital, it has so many medical negligence lawsuits. Now my little niece is fighting for her life due to this so called “hospital”. Another thing, my grandpa went in for GI problems last year and never came out alive, they claimed he died from “COVID-19”. Please please... read more
