If you want to be treated like a human don’t go here! I showed up early as requested to, only to wait 35 minutes to be seen by the nurse practitioner who did not treat me like I was another person in the room. It felt SO rushed. I did not feel cared for. She asked why I was in after the nurse had asked me what brought me in. I came in to find a new PCP hoping Su Lin Ritchie would be a good one. Id give zero stars if possible. Currently been on hold for 40 mins and still havent got a person. Who and where do they have waits like this. I can get an answer from my cell phone company faster. This is horrible patient care. any other place in 10 mins you can call make and appt and go about your day. I have never in my life awaited for 40 mins (who knows how much longer) to talk to a receptionist or scheduuler.
