Today was my first experience with this medical group. As a new patient seeking a family doctor, first impressions are important to me. Im happy to say, this office nailed it! My call was answered quickly without any hold time at 3pm on a Friday. The receptionist/scheduler was polite and very professional, and did not hesitate to accommodate my scheduling request. Tanner Reese is is a very thorough PA . He has fantastic bedside manner. He makes sure you feel comfortable when you are at your appointment.
Staff great. Breakfast not good except blueberry muffin was excellent and lunch entree was horrible and dinner chicken and soup was good all on Thursday 9/11. Today 9/12 scrambled eggs cooked dry, bacon (never had that kind) not good. So breakfast needs improvement. Going today Soup and turkey sandwich would be ok
Timely, professional, thorough and patient-focused. Happy I changed PCP.
