Melanie Anne Chorvat, is the primary care provider for my sister at this clinic, worst nurse or assistant ever, she didn’t care about my sister or my concerns and she wrote down wrong information on her report. This lady needs to step down from her position and leave the medical field alone. I will be returning to this establishment soon and I do not, I repeat do not trust her with my sister or with any bodies life. I’m for sure she is a Karen. Pathetic!!
This is the worst place I have ever been to. When I went to pick up my prescription one was missing. I hadn't gone in to see him because I take these for asthma and he usually just refills them for the first 6months. . When I called they said l had to come in. I explained that I didn't want to have to do that because I have to pay the first 300 dollars because of the insurance I have. They didn't care. Having to have seen many medical professionals in my life I am the first to tell you how I dread seeing a physician or MD. I have very few doctors that I trust with my health because most seem like they only care about the money not to mention others have been very full of themselves and seemingly could care less about your health or concerns.
