came here for some physical therapy after a back issue. the place itself is fine nothing special. the wait was a bit longer than i expected even with an appointment. therapists were nice enough but i felt like i was being rushed through some exercises tbh. they gave me a sheet of things to do at home which was helpful i guess. parking is easy and the area is pretty quiet. overall it was just okay not great not terrible.
Professional but very easy going
I got a letter letting me know they might no longer be taking our insurance after negotiations already failed. This left me with no time to find another primary care provider. They then told me they can't refill my prescriptions unless I saw them even though I would have to pay out of pocket to see them. I am now left scrambling to find a new primary care provider that will take my insurance.
