Receptionists were rude. I came in for my appointment with my OB GYN as I haven’t had my ultrasound in a month (and I’m in the third trimester at this point). I was told by reception when I was already at the clinic that the appointment is supposed to be virtual. Like how are you gonna do the ultrasound virtually?? I also got a call from them the day before telling me to come in 15 early at the clinic. Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful, went out of their way to secure an appointment for me sooner vs later, I really appreciated that! I’m very impressed with Dr. Song and am fortunate to have her as my new ob/gyn; she was hands-on and spent a lot of time with me, and I am hopeful her treatments will work. Thank you immensely Pali Women’s.

Dr. Song is an amazing physician! She is thorough, compassionate and takes the time to hear what you have to say. These are qualities that are hard to find now a days- when women's issues are disregarded or not taken seriously even by female providers.
