Completely different from first presentation for same issue. Dr Berg thorough. Dr Ing ordered further tests and followed with visit to me. Protocols took a long time but result was worth it. Found source of pain and mobility that was completely dismissed in first presentation with PA and not engaged by MD. Both issues addressed by Dr Berg with good info on recovery expectations and follow up.

I literally just got off the phone with the receptionist Becka and wanted to cry, she was so rude. You could tell she was so impatient. Before we went through the whole process of putting in my information, I just wanted to know how soon a Doctor so that I wasn't wasting their or my time. But she insisted on putting in all my information first. We did all that, just to find out they're booked til end of October which I couldn't do.
