Just moved to the island a month ago and had a very good experience (if good is the word…not many good things land you in the ER at 5am!). Every single staff member was kind, helpful, and welcoming. They got me back and on an EKG asap, and when my heart was normal shifted quickly to other tests. My girlfriend and I were in a really bad accident that saw my car totaled. We were taken to this ED with non life threatening injuries thankfully, the staff there were really sweet. Nurse Ethan is a star and so is Ms. Darlene who manages the insurance stuff. Dr. Stevens checked me out and made me feel assured! Thanks team
They were very attentive, empathetic, and considerate. The doctor cared about helping me understand/be informed.
Cannot say enough good things about this hospital. My daughter had a very high fever and they saw us right away and were extremely professional. Going to the ER is never easy but we felt very well taken care of.
