Arrived to the emergency room waiting area at 4:45 AM. They did not take me back until 5:45 AM. My illness was severe
Really good service with Drs and nurses that took time and clearly care.
Went there this morning with my daughter sat for almost an hour before having vitals checked then sent us out to the waiting room. 2 hrs went by and still no call for my daughter. Can't sit there any longer when she cannot sit for long periods of time and I think that was long enough. Don't get me wrong their staff is amazing but when they're busy they're really busy 🤦🤦🤦🤦
Castle Hospital and our RN, Nate, provided exceptional care when my wife was attacked by a local dog during our vacation. From the moment we arrived, the team operated with urgency and precision. She was brought back to a bed within 10 minutes, and the entire visit was completed in roughly two hours, which speaks to how well-run and efficient the ER is. What stood out most was the people. Had to make a trip into the ER for chest pain! I am so glad we went to Castle! What a wonderful staff! From admission to nurses and doctors, they are caring and very efficient! Fortunately my situation ended up not being serious! Would highly recommend this medical facility!
