Had to visit their ER yesterday morning, the entire staff was professional, helpful, and acted quickly. The front desk, the nurses, the doctors, and even the volunteers. Everyone was pleasant and eager to help out. My apologies for not capturing the specific names but if they were on the ER team yesterday, then they were a pleasure to work with. Thank you all for your assistance!

Maria also forced me to do a urine test and lied that I was intoxicated when I don’t even drink alcohol. It seems this is a regular thing she does to patients who are seeking emergency help. Maybe she’s swapping her own urine, who knows. Absolutely unprofessional regardless.

Arrived to the emergency room waiting area at 4:45 AM. They did not take me back until 5:45 AM. My illness was severe

Went there this morning with my daughter sat for almost an hour before having vitals checked then sent us out to the waiting room. 2 hrs went by and still no call for my daughter. Can't sit there any longer when she cannot sit for long periods of time and I think that was long enough. Don't get me wrong their staff is amazing but when they're busy they're really busy 🤦🤦🤦🤦
