I recently had spent a week in Rideout hospital! And I had the best experience with all of the staff, and especially my two R.N. day and night shift nurses. These beautiful and wonderful Sweet souls took such excellent, exceptional and loving care of me and I know they are like that with all of their patients. When I was at my worst sickness, they tended to every need without any negative energy or complaint about anything. I suffer from seizers and last numerous times I was here for episodes and they did nothing Let me sat for hours i dont like this hospital once the automated sees ur deed back it tell u same thing to others

Worst place. I'd rather go anywhere but here. While waiting in the waiting room asked numerous times for a blanket due to freezing. Was told it'd be a minute for a blanket an have been here for over 4.5 hrs an still waiting to be helped or checked in. They said I had a blood/lung infection but yet in waiting room for 5 hrs. What a joke.

The whole staff was kind and friendly and very observant of one another. I felt very well taken care of by the whole unit. I know waiting can feel like a lifetime but they’re doing the absolute best to get in a rhythm and move things along so there is room for everyone. From registration to security we could see team effort to make a small space feel less cramped.
