This was the worst ER visit I have ever witnessed. My wife came in at approximately 5 pm with a suspected ectopic pregnancy. She was triaged pretty quickly, but after that, it was hours before anything else happened. 3ish hours in, she was brought back for an ultrasound. 1.5 hours after that, the ultrasound was read and put on her portal, where we were able to read it and see that she did have an ectopic pregnancy. 3 hour wait, but the employees were chill. I don't have any complaints about how I was treated by staff.
Regardless of the negative reviews I see and have heard this is my first time in the ER this evening and it is by far the best experience.. and I have been in and out of the ER for years now in Sacramento. But I was very pleased with the thoughtfulness kindness and helpfulness of the staff I truly feel they genuinely were concerned and genuinely wanted to help and they did. If I had the cash on me today I would have bought the entire ER staff lunch just to show my gratefulness for their help and kindness . I wish I remembere... read more
Went in for throat and stomach pain said it was strep throat with not a single test ran gave me no antibiotics. It went on for a week no improvement went to a different hospital and turns out I had pneumonia and my throat had started to swell shut
The people who run this place deserve prison time. I brought my mom here because she was in severe pain and after SIX HOURS we’re still sitting in the waiting room. Every one who came around the same time as us has left. One guy came with a nail stuck in his hand, and after five or so hours of being stuck in the waiting room, he just pulled it out himself. It’s a shame that this is the only er in the area. This place is genuinely hellish.
