I received a bill in March for a copay. I wrote a check for the copay and mailed it to the billing department. They waited six months to the day the check was written to cash the check, and they still sent me to collections for a bill that had been paid and should have been marked clear. I don't know if that's blatant incompetence or maliciousness, but either way there's no way I'm the only one they've done this to and it should probably be investigated. I just want to give a BIG shout-out to Steven, the nurse in the ER! He was absolutely amazing. My husband went to the ER because he wasn’t feeling well, and after doing a bunch of tests, they discovered that his blood sugar was 610. It was such a scary and overwhelming situation for us, but Steven was incredibly kind, caring, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole experience. Six hrs and walked out in horrible pain, with urine and bloodwork wow. 👌 absolutely Terrible care, and I've been on navy ships very limited 😕 6hrs and 8hrs prior to never seen!! Had to return home for care!
