Worst place. I'd rather go anywhere but here. While waiting in the waiting room asked numerous times for a blanket due to freezing. Was told it'd be a minute for a blanket an have been here for over 4.5 hrs an still waiting to be helped or checked in. They said I had a blood/lung infection but yet in waiting room for 5 hrs. What a joke.
The whole staff was kind and friendly and very observant of one another. I felt very well taken care of by the whole unit. I know waiting can feel like a lifetime but they’re doing the absolute best to get in a rhythm and move things along so there is room for everyone. From registration to security we could see team effort to make a small space feel less cramped. If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is a joke. Boyfriend needed help. Took him in before 10am. They triaged him pretty quick. Did blood work at 11am and they sent it out. Waited 3.5 still nothing. Then a nurse came up to him saying that the doctor had been waiting for his urine sample for an hour. They hadn't even given him the fuggen cup or told him he needed one. This was the worst ER visit I have ever witnessed. My wife came in at approximately 5 pm with a suspected ectopic pregnancy. She was triaged pretty quickly, but after that, it was hours before anything else happened. 3ish hours in, she was brought back for an ultrasound. 1.5 hours after that, the ultrasound was read and put on her portal, where we were able to read it and see that she did have an ectopic pregnancy.
