My boyfriend went last year in may 2024. After seeing how busy it was and not wanting to wait 12 hours, we left. They billed him anyway and he called and said he never received care. They emailed him in July 2024 regarding his dispute and he replied stating what he said on the phone, he had never actually been seen or received care. He did call after he sent the email and was told it was resolved and they would not bill him since he did not receive care. The people who run this place deserve prison time. I brought my mom here because she was in severe pain and after SIX HOURS we’re still sitting in the waiting room. Every one who came around the same time as us has left. One guy came with a nail stuck in his hand, and after five or so hours of being stuck in the waiting room, he just pulled it out himself. It’s a shame that this is the only er in the area. This place is genuinely hellish.
My experience with Dr. Gib and nurse Baldeep was the best ER experience I ever had. Baldeep is very soft spoken. Even though I went in for an ear infection and had trouble hearing, soft spoken Baldeep was great with communication. He communicated with me about what was going on and how the process works. He was very apologetic and empathetic even though nothing was his fault. He was attentive and caring. This is for the emergency room. Why even see and do all the tests? Checked in due to chestpain, blood in urine, dizzyness and vomiting blood. Test results proved it.with abnormal ekg. Dr says well follow up with your doctor....... What was the point? Im sick feel like im dying and sent home. From all the other reviews listed below one thing is for certain.
