Have tried to get a hold of someone for two days now; first day I called at 2 o'clock and spent twenty minutes on hold for a receptionist, then finally caved and requested a callback (which I never got), this is day two at 10 o'clock and I've been on hold for 17 minutes now. Will edit this with the total time before they drop my call or by some miracle actually answer.
