Every one was helpful, responsive and very informative with a sense of caring. A pleasant and joyful experience for one who may be anxious.
During my inpatient stay, I requested access to my medical records and what was documented in my file. Staff refused to allow access and did not provide a valid reason, written explanation, or information on how to formally request or appeal the decision. I also experienced multiple situations where my rights and safety felt unclear or inadequately explained, including being forcibly injected without clear communication, inconsistencies in how I was treated compared to other patients, and a voluntary 5 day stay extending to ... read more
