Staff were nice and caring. But they are not very efficient. It's more of just a glorified urgent care and their medical knowledge I feel to be a hospital is not what it should be. I was in the emergency room to be treated for a migraine. It took 3 hours to get medicine essentially. They said they were going to give me fluids and they never did. They told me they were going to One more medication and discharge me and it took way longer than it should have.
I drove my husband to the ER on July 6 because I feared he was having a stroke. From the moment we walked in the staff went into action! The care and attention he received was amazing, one of the nurses even gave me a warm blanket because I said it was chilly. Once all the tests were done, the Dr. assured us that it was not a stroke, we were so happy both for the results and the great care that we received. Thanks again to the ER Dr. & nurses at this facility!
I want to sincerely thank everyone for the excellent care and service provided to my bedridden husband. The team went above and beyond to accommodate his mobility limitations. They arranged for the MRI to be done using the mobile MRI, the registration staff came to the ER to assist us, and the lab technician came to the mobile MRI to complete his lab work. Everything went smoothly from scheduling through the entire visit. We truly appreciate everyone’s kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Thank you so much!
I got some amazing help and i never felt like i was no one and they made me feel like a person and they never looked thru me as if i dont exist.
