Very warm, welcoming, and professional experience. I am now making a 3rd appt here. Even though I live in Altamonte, I prefer this place.
This was the first time I went here to have a mammogram and ultrasound. Lorrie who works in the woman's screening department was very good with seeing to what I needed to do in terms of getting the right forms and rescheduling for another day and even gave me her office number to call her as well as helping out with getting records from other places. Update: 1. I was lied to on the phone about the patient representative and I have now been in contact with them and have escalated a complaint. 2. The imaging place lied to my doctor's office and told them that I refused 2 appointments they offered me today. Telling me that IF my images downloaded in time we could get you in at 10 and 10:30 and if they didn't then they could see me at 3 IF the images were downloaded by then.
