Update: 1. I was lied to on the phone about the patient representative and I have now been in contact with them and have escalated a complaint. 2. The imaging place lied to my doctor's office and told them that I refused 2 appointments they offered me today. Telling me that IF my images downloaded in time we could get you in at 10 and 10:30 and if they didn't then they could see me at 3 IF the images were downloaded by then. An exceptional healthcare experience! I was rather nervous going in for my first mammogram. I had a bad experience at a completely different AH lab prior which only added to my anxiety. But this experience was completely different! I was treated with kindness, care, and lots of information throughout the entire process. The check in desk was warm and welcoming. The wait was short.
