I got a biopsy here. I had extreme anxiety going in and Cassie, who brought me back and took care of me throughout, was absolutely amazing. The doctor and all the nurses were so kind.
Amy did my MRI on Sunday, and she was very kind. Although we were both freezing (they should really consider warming up the room), she did her best to keep me comfortable and warm. The parking situation is quite confusing, but the security guards at the ER were very sweet and helped me figure out where to go.
I went for an Echocardiogram and Melanie was the tech and she was horrible. Not a smile on her face to start, not a drop of empathy at all and when I told her, I had expanders due to breast reconstruction. She said: "oh great! this is gonna make my job difficult. Thanks for letting me know". She was not nice at all and she kept grunting and heavy sighing throughout the whole process. I couldn't wait to get out. The most useless and unprofessional medical facility!!! The people along the phone are so RUDE and intentionally insult your intelligence. Schedule the appointment was hard enough - the woman on the phone refused to schedule my appointment at first because my doctors note didn’t have some specific information written even though the note came directly from my doctor, and with my insurance I don’t even need my doctors referral to schedule an imaging appointment.
