It's an ER. I needed a prescription from South Africa refilled in USA. After 4 hours and $368 spent I was directed elsewhere. Fair enough. The Dr. Was really wonderful. I got further grounded in the USA and I need to be. I'm USA born and bed in South Africa for the last 40 years. I'm back, not bt choice but I'm really enjoying being back. The Advent Health Winter Park ER is an amazing facility, clean and organized. I was admitted immediately with minimal paperwork. The staff, RN, and physician were all courteous, positive, and professional. The next day, the RN called to check on me and see if I needed anything. My experience at the ER exceeded my expectations. Thanks!

Waited for hours to be helped and then when ready to go home had to wait an hour for discharge, ended up walking out, due to hunger and desperation, will not come back to Winter Park
