I was a walk-in on a Friday afternoon. I was kindly and efficiently checked-in. Every staff member was kind, caring and efficient. They listened and did everything possible to be sure I felt cared for and listened to. I especially want to thank Jennifer Elaine Grenke, APRN for her sincere listening and detailed professional care. I also thank Jason for his attention, care, smile and humor.
I am writing this review because my recent visit to this hospital during a severe panic/anxiety attack was one of the most invalidating and distressing medical experiences I have ever had. I came in terrified, disoriented, and genuinely afraid for my life. This was my first panic attack, and I did not know what was happening to me. I really wish this place would find some decent receptionists. They’re rude and all they do is sit and talk to each other and laugh instead of getting people help. They have no emotions to there face almost like your ruining there day by being there. If you don’t like your job try something new.
Larry Clinton: I do not recommend this ER for anyone, never in my life have I ever been treated with such disrespect and unprofessional Doctor and Nurses, I will seek legal assistance and file a complaint with the Florida Broad. Just unbelievable, Should never "lie" in a patient report. I have a witness to everything that was said by you and the nurses. I will file a lawsuit
