The two times I have been to the ER it has been an incredible experience. From the moment they receive you and triage you, then treat you like a family member and take the best care of you and do everything diligently to get you out of there timely and post care. Call you after to check on you, I mean! I have been amazed and do not intent to get care anywhere else. Such great people and I hope this continues to raise the standard of overall care. Truly a 20/10 in overall experience.

The wait time was less than 10 mins, The RN and doctor were professional, courteous and proficient- Especially the Doctor, who had a wonderful bedside manner, which is severely lacking from doctors these days! The RN needs to be more cautious with any administrative requirements e.g:- don't put exposed gauze laying on a table on my injected arm. I had to make the request that she use a fresh one. The Security/ Front desk team lacked energy during intake. However, needed, I'd visit again.
