The BEST ER experience I’ve ever had! Exceptional from arrival to discharge. They were knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and showed genuine care and compassion towards my son. We are genuinely blessed to have this level of expertise so close to home.

The Advent Health ER is my first choice when I need a clear and thorough look at my health status. Recently I had lingering upper respiratory symptoms. The ER staff quickly determined it was not the flu, COVID, or RSV. They also prescribed medication that mitigated my symptoms and helped me feel better. I am so grateful they are here to help with care and efficiency.

There was a system update when I brought my daughter into the ER at 2:30 am September 16, 2026 however, it did not slow down her care. She was still evaluated and treated promptly for her asthma and I truly appreciated the care she received during the duration of her visit. The front desk staff, triage staff, nurses and doctors were all so sweet with her and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. She even got a new teddy bear to add to her collection which she absolutely loved!

This used to be my favorite hospital but the ER has changed and I was not happy. They take you to a hallway where they have chairs lined up and sit you there until the doctor comes to see you. I went in with a swollen ankle and severe pain. I could barely walk or stand. The doctor came and barely examined my foot, just a quick touch and look and said seems like a case of tendinitis of the foot no xrays or anything.
