Very disappointed in their systems and procedures for new patients. From being able to schedule your own appointments online to then the doctor not coming in to a later time. Not considered even offering a different doctor that is available. Truly disappointed with AdventHealth.
We can't say enough about Dr. Trudy Ann Alston and her team. Both my Husband and I have been going to her for a little over a year. She is patient, kind, and really listens like really listens. Her staff is friendly and respectful. We THANK GOD for Dr. Alston.
Very happy with this practice. We followed Dr. Dhaliwal here when Advent closed the Maitland office he was in. The staff in the front is friendly and efficient, and Dr. Dhaliwal is great. Runs close to on time, very thorough and seems like he really cares.
De. Haber is wonderful and takes time to listen to your concerns. I have been going to Wellness 65+ for a long time ago so I’m sad to see that she is leaving. Also I am concerned that this practice is being changed to a PCP model in a few weeks.
