Began as great experience but 3 doctors quit and my wife and I received letters to find another primary care physician because they had no staff. Terrible, uncaring treatment by Advent.
I was initially a patient, and Dr. Gray was my physician. He was the best. Upon Dr. Gray's retirement, I was told I would be temporarily assigned to another physician. I was assigned to Dr. Patel, and I had an appointment. After the appointment, I contacted the practice and asked when I would be assigned to a new physician. I was told Dr. Patel is my physician, and I could not change. I had another appointment, and Dr. Patel informed me he was retiring and I would be assigned to a new physician. This is THE BEST doctor office in Ormond Beach for my elderly mom! Just wish I would’ve found them sooner and that I could be a patient here! The staff, the doctors are so dependable, caring and competent. If I could give more then 5 stars I would!!❤️
