So far, they are abysmal. The first doctor I saw, Dr. Gonzalez, did not listen and got everything wrong. Horrendous experience. I asked for another doctor who I am supposed to see next week. I had bloodwork scheduled and I wanted to go to Advent Health Apopka, right around the corner from me. They said no, come in here. What a stupid mistake! It took 45 minutes to drive there and I waited ALMOST AN HOUR IN AN EMPTY ROOM BEFORE THE PHLEBOTOMIST CAME FOR ME. I will never have them do my bloodwork again. I hold no hope for the ... read more
I was thoroughly impressed today at my initial appointment at AdventHealth Well 65+. The reception area is large and very comfortable, the receptionists were pleasant and very helpful. Once we moved back into the area where the Dr. was to see me, again it was really nice, the Nurse who took my vitals was excellent! I did not see my assigned Dr. because this was my first appointment but due to issues in my health I was seen earlier by this other Dr. who seems to be used for cases that cannot wait for their scheduled appointme... read more
When I came for my scheduled visit, my name wasn't coming up as a patient of Dr Oh. I had to call my insurance provider where they told me Dr Oh wasn't accepting new patients. Although I kept telling them I had been a patient for 1 year, I was getting nowhere. Pei-Su, from the front desk, came over to "rescue" me. She notified Dr Oh's staff that I had in fact arrived for my appointment. Then, while still taking to the folks at UHC, she directed me to a quieter, more private area. My husband and I met with our new doctor & staff at Adventhealth in Altamonte Springs location. From the moment we were welcomed at the reception desk by Sandra we were so impressed. Dr. Jiang & her nurse were amazing. If you are looking for a new doctor and a caring new doctor this is the place. Dr. Jiang is extremely intelligent and thoughtful. We Love the care we were given!
