I am trying to solve this on the side but I showed up to my appointment 10-12 minutes late due to traffic to check in and I was marked down as a no/show. The front desk did try to see if the doctor could take me but my slot was given to another patient which seemed confusing. I was never communicated this policy with any correspondence I received after making this appointment. They aren't responsive. I visited a couple of months ago for a physical, and they seemed to do ok drawing blood for lab work. However, I recently called with question regarding exposure to a virus, spoke to a receptionist who promised a return call, and haven't received a response after 2 days. I didn't expect a quick response, but no return call after 2 days proves to me that this clinic is not concerned about patients.
