Go here. Tori at the front desk and Robin with the MRI itself deserve 10 stars! I recently had a truly terrifying experience at a different imaging facility, and for the same neck issue. I was more than scared to have another MRI. Tori was knowledgeable, kind and assisted me with a smile. Robin immediately put me at ease showing me I wouldn't be crammed in the machine with an inch between my face and the machine nor would the blanket covering me get caught and choke me. Jenna did my ultrasound and she did an excellent job. Very kind, very soothing. The training center has very confident people readily available?!
The entire staff & technicians are very kind and professional. From the receptionist Sandy, Amber with MRI, and Jason with CT. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.
Excellent customer service Sandy and Amber was awesome especially Amber she made me feel at ease with the MRI process step by step she guided me to the end very kind patient with me this is my go to imaging place!!
