Made a 12:30 appointment for a “15 minute” procedure. Had not yet been called at 2 pm. When I asked what was going on, I was told there were two people in front of me. That kind of delay is the result of lack of care for the patient’s time (at best) and poor level of care for patients (at worst). We had to scramble the whole family and rearrange things at work to accommodate pickup.
