Completely and utterly unprofessional and unorganized I had my appointment canceled twice the day prior, and it is an extremely urgent matter. It was canceled by an individual by the name of Cristal, who is unaware of the requirements of certain insurances she gave an accurate information, and based off of an accurate information, took the decision to cancel my appointment twice which in my opinion is extremely dangerous to have an individual unaware of Medicare and plan requirements placing appointments.
