I’ve been coming to this location for PT for roughly four months. There were some hiccups but small things. Today I get a call from Dottie 2hrs before my appointment saying it would be cancelled because the referral wasn’t signed by Neuro. I asked why didn’t anyone reach out prior to so I could have time to reach out to Neuro. Dottie stated that she didn’t know and only found out 5mins ago. They set up a treatment schedule for my sciatica. Four visits so far and exercises at home and I'm feeling much better.
Front desk staff (dotty and Shellie) are amazing so sweet and funny they really create such an uplifting experience from the beginning. Pelvic floor physician Barbara is incredible and so knowledgeable she helped me make so much progress in my healing journey that I wasn’t even sure was possible in the beginning. I’m so grateful to them and their positive attitudes.
