I can’t say enough good things about Lenni Jo. Back in July, shortly after competing in a powerlifting meet, I injured myself during what should have been a very simple squat warm-up. The pain around my hip became so intense that I could barely walk, sit, stand, or move comfortably — and with a Spartan Race coming up, I was genuinely worried about how quickly I would be able to get back to training and feeling like myself again. Best team of PT folks in the state, region, probably the country. Always supportive, cheering you on while challenging you to do more and be better. Special shout out to Rachel and LJ as well as Xaiden, all of whom have been with me from the start. Front desk team is incredible as well. Couldn’t ask for better, friendlier service.
