Best team of PT folks in the state, region, probably the country. Always supportive, cheering you on while challenging you to do more and be better. Special shout out to Rachel and LJ as well as Xaiden, all of whom have been with me from the start. Front desk team is incredible as well. Couldn’t ask for better, friendlier service. An extremely welcoming team. It’s all smiles with these folks and an incredible energy. I have always been adverse to the usual stigmas and negative connotations of physios but LJ is far beyond a traditional physio. Her ability to understand thresholds and boundaries of injuries without getting physical feedback is remarkable, every week we are progressing or increasing load due to the bespoke weekly program.
