I am currently recovering from a broken patella. I had surgery on October 29, 2025. My knee was put back together and I now have 3 screws in my knee. I am an avid shuffle roller skater and I am hopeful that I will be able to do this again one day. I got to be a lucky one, as I am currently doing physical therapy at AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab Training Center. As a former athlete, I can honestly say the approach at the Training Center is very similar to what you’d see in a professional sports organization. Everyone is on the same team, communicates well, and truly works together to provide the best care possible and help people get back to full health and performing at the level they want. Lenni Jo is an exceptional physical therapist. She took the time to truly investigate and identify the root cause of the pain I’ve lived with for years—something no one else had been able to do. She completely changed how I see physical therapy. Lenni Jo genuinely cares about her patients and brings so much passion and intention to her work. Best Physical therapists you could ask for , The whole staff is lovely. Special shoutout to Tony and Rachel , You can tell that they care about the patients and enjoy seeing them progress. No words describe how grateful I am to them.
