Do not come here. My 9 month old daughter had a difficult time crawling due to having torticollis as a baby and they coded her appointments for insurance as a mental health/behavioral disorder/diagnosis so now my insurance will not cover her appointments for physical therapy. I have been fighting back and forth for 2 months now on this bill when my insurance states it's Advent Healths coding. Very disappointed.

Sharing my experience as a shadow CNA. This was my first time in office and was very pleased at the professionalism during such a chaotic encounter. I highly recommend the office. Front desk Flo was absolutely amazing and pleasant to all who checked in. I remember her specifically because she was able to come around the counter and see a baby who recognized her and clapped immediately with her. She’s probably a mom. :)

Before the evaluation was even finish the therapist was like yeah just go to a different place. Then when trying to schedule the reoccurring appointments, the receptionist gave me attitude and told me that she’ll schedule me with whoever’s available and not the therapist I requested or the one that did his evaluation. We transferred to a different location immediately! I do not recommend you send your CHILD here, please just go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

The child I nanny for has been coming here for a few weeks now and loves it. While every therapist we've worked with has been awesome, I'd like to give a special shout-out to Miss Flo. She is so incredibly kind and helpful. She makes sure I have everything I need. Thank you, Flo!

This place is amazing, they really do care for your children. All the staff take the dedication to care for your children, and they make sure they’re in the best hands. Specifically Maria, she’s such a sweetheart, and I would like to give a special thanks to Flo she took the time to help me find the best appointment time for my daughter.
