Pauline was very helpful and efficient.
My first time doing a home sleep study at this AdventHealth location in Altamonte Springs was honestly very off-putting, and it was almost entirely due to one staff member. I arrived early for my 6:00 PM appointment and was waiting in the waiting area on the third floor. A woman passed by me, and when I said hi, she gave me the driest greeting I've ever received. It was very uncomfortable, noisy and very difficult to sleep. Felt like my instructions were poor. Would not repeat at Altamonte. I was called at last minute, someone cancelled. Instructions were poor. I did have caffeine that day. Big mistake , for me.
I have to say a really good experience with my over night stay. The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable.
