Went in after being referred by a Urgent care due to numbers that lets say were way to high. They suggested I bring a change of clothes. Arrived at Advent Health (Redmond) ER after stopping by the house. The registration process was very quick despite my mumbling to the admissions clerk. That was caught by the nurse who called me by a similar name I'd never heard before. She had the wrist band corrected then off to Victor Tucker, PA who was very attentive to both the better half (sometimes know as Jiminy Cricket) and myself.... read more
Dr. Carter was excellent when I visited the ER for a kidney stone. He was very thorough and explained everything along the way.
My blood work was abnormal on several issues, and they sent me right out saying everything said normal. Knowing I just had a triple bypass.
I was very well taken care of by Dr Patel and all off the nurses. I would like to say nurse Grace ( I think I have the right name) was absolutely awesome. She was very attentive, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She kept me informed of everything going on. She's definitely an asset to Redmond ER and deserves to be recognized. Dr. Patel was very informative and really took care of me. I was very fortunate to have these 2 professionals taking care of me.
