I initially was going to the location in Windermere with a gout complaint and the doctor there did absolutely nothing about it. No lab work only to drink water. At this moment I’m taking gout medication prescribed by the specialist. I changed location to the one on Daniel’s road. I had an appointment for lab results and the day before they call me asking for my personal info and I refused because I don’t know who is the person calling. I can’t say enough good things about this location and Kristin Turner, APRN. There’s never a wait when I come in, and the nurses are always friendly and welcoming. Kristin is truly one of the most personable providers I’ve seen! She never rushes through appointments, takes time to really listen, and clearly cares about her patients. It’s rare to find someone so thorough and compassionate. Highly recommend!
As a new patient, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My wife recommended this clinic, and I’m glad she did. The staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and efficient. From check-in to the end of my visit, everything was handled smoothly. I felt well cared for and respected. Highly recommend!
