had a horrible experience at this location (3030 E Semoran Blvd) and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.I had an appointment that was canceled twice within one month. Both times I was notified by text message and had to call the office to reschedule. When I finally made it in, I arrived just 5 minutes late and the front desk agent, Tawanda Arrington, immediately canceled my appointment, stating it was their policy. I got there exactly ON TIME, but they told me they have to reschedule because I didn’t come 15 minutes BEFORE the appointment. Even though I was exactly on time, not a minute late!! I understand if I was late to the appointment but I was on time!!! This was absurd, I needed medical attention as soon as possible and they couldn’t care less! Very unprofessional
Before March of this year I was going to the apopka health center for my primary doctor and due to the change of my insurance I changed my primary doctor to Dr Alessandro Cavalcante at adventhealth primary care+Apopka. The difference has been life changing. Now I feel like i have a real doctor thats on my team. Everybody there has been amazing. Thank you!
Alessandro has been my Doctor for a long time and I make sure I drive from Miami just to meet with him His knowledge and competence makes all the difference . Thank you Alessandro Sergio
