I was disappointed with the lack of grace and compassion of this office. I arrived 10 mins late to my appointment, I understand that I should have been on time, but I have one toddler and a baby I was trying to get out the door. When I arrived I was told I was not able to be seen bc I was late. I had all the paperwork completed online before the appointment so things would run smoothly. My appointment was cancelled by the provider for being 10 minutes late. The staffed lacked compassion and empathy regarding my situation. I am extremely disappointed in this Advent Health facility. I was not given the grace every human deserves, instead I was turned away.
Nice people here no complain.
I was scheduled to have a physical. Tried to get it with a physician my insurance recommended. Sorry she’s not here. We can make it with another. I go in for the appointment, pay my copay, after filling out all the paperwork online, and I am handing another stack of paperwork to fill out before I see the doctor. I then go back after 20 minute wait, and answer the same questions with the nurse. The doctor comes in 10 minutes later, and proceeds to ask the same questions again. Great service, always able to get quick appointments. Furniture is a bit too long so if you are injured or older come prepared.
