The best care ever
Very courteous, but the wait was long.
Awful. Had to wait almost two hours and was then basically ignored once I was finally put in a room. Then I was told I would need to go elsewhere to get the care I needed. Very disappointing. Dr did a 2 second evaluation. No imaging. Said they did not have access MRI - which is what I needed. Will never go back. Do better Advent!
I appreciate the doctor for being kind and listening. He was also able to find something that needed to be looked at further. I wish the nurses were as kind and caring as he was. I have never had nurses that were more judgmental in my life. Even went as far as blaming me for not being able to get my vein for blood work. After I had warned them that they’ll roll, she said “well she tensed up and held her breath”. I probably wouldn’t go back to any of the emergency rooms in Olathe, honestly.
