Last night I was having chest pains and went to Advent Health Emergency Room at Partin Settlement. I have to say everyone was PHENOMENAL. The front desk got me in right away. My nurse was Richard, and I do not think I’ve ever received kinder treatment. Sincerely. He is a superstar! I was scared and he immediately put me at ease, and took fantastic care of me. got sent home , got sicker went back 2 days later and got admitted . lile i should of been in tje first place made a mistake went again. last weekend they did nothing to help me still in pain limping and even the crutches they gave me are the wrong size I told them but they ignored me they will not adjust small enough
Professional Friendly and Caring
Terrible experience, if you are pregnant and having complications don’t go there. I went to there emergency, first the nurse Gilbert was so unprofessional all the time, with expressions of “ oh please don’t tell me that’s gross I’m here just to put the information in your chart save all the information for the Dr.” I was having a miscarriage and she told me “ oh congratulations for the pregnancy” every single word that came out of her mouth was so unprofessional that day.
